Nvidia have released a Benchmark tool for the game Monster Hunter Online. It is Beautiful. Why not give it a spin.

Why do I have a feeling that it will run like poop on AMD cards ? XD

AMD need to start pulling their fingers out and actually get some more features like Nvidia has that actually makes games look great instead of 5 games with Mantle and True Audio that is in 1 game lol.

Excluding TressFX, AMD don't tend to focus on addon things in the way Nvidia do. True Audio is very new (and not supported by that many cards at the moment) so it'll be a while before its more common.

Yeah, I'm curious how it runs on AMD GPUs.

My MSI GTX 970 with an i5 4670K @ 4.5GHz scored 20698 in the ranked mode.

I'd not try AMD cards on an Nvidia made benchmark as it'll be super bias.

It isn't really made by Nvidia, it just uses Gameworks. Who knows it could run fine, it isn't made by Ubisoft afterall.

TBH most of the bad Gameworks games are made by Ubisoft.

Can somebody with AMD give this a spin. Please?

Crossfire doesn't work so 1 card was disabled, Got a score of 17198 which isn't bad considering hairworks really only works well with Nvidia cards plus not forgetting to mention in the GeForce driver before last I think it was there was a Monster Hunter profile update which somehow I don't think AMD cards will be getting ^_^

well if i consider you not in CF as a 290X

17198 for an overclocked R9 290X
20698 for an overclocked GTX 970

This isn't to bad for score differences.

Also I just played it in 1080p 4x MSAA, the score was 12366

hrm, not bad for something running gameworks and with no driver release. I'd imagine Crossfire and at 4k you'll give a Titan Z a run for its (large sum of) money.

I'll fire up my Ti when I get home and see what I get.

Sadly my 7990 I've bid on ebay yet hasn't ended (and there isn't Trifire support for the benchmark) so I can't see how well three 7970s run on it :(.

I wonder what the score would be if there was an AMD driver out to support it seeing as Nvidia has driver support for this title.

There isn't any AMD support so we just have to use brute force, Hopes and dreams hahaha ^_^

Quite funny how much of a disaster that card was. It is literally sold at half the original asking price was now.

from £2400 to £1199 on overclockers.

Yep and another duel GPU card half it's price, The 295X2, Outperforms it in 90% of things XD
