While these 1650-1660Ti cards are genuine steps forward in terms of price/performance from NVidia, Polaris cards are at absolutely bargain bin prices at the moment even when new, and while the 1660 is clearly meant to be an RX590 competitor I can't see 590 prices staying this high now it no longer exists in a little bubble & with other cards in the stack having slipped so far(Plus they'll want to clear the stock before major Navi buildups to avoid having to write off inventory).
