It turns out that if you buy a Mac, and use Windows on it, your GPU is allowed to operate at over 150 thousand degrees. Impressive, no?

I'm currently running F@H on here, just to test it out, hence the abnormally high CPU temperatures. It's just a shame that the majority of that heat finds it way into my skin

A - Easier process - i've never even looked into hackintoshes before

B - I actually like MacBook Pros aesthetically. Money wasn't an object at the time, and it's given me a good service so far

It makes me a little happier knowing that my desktop cpu, although it runs hot, doesn't run that hot

The heat I can deal with, the noise is the most annoying thing.

I think i saw an old post once where they used waaaaay to much thrmal paste on various components and that the OP of that thread removed it, and reapplied some new paste, wich resolved the heat issue.

Perhaps when the warranty runs out or I begin to smell smoke

If the thing melts before my apple care runs out, I get a brand new laptop - I'm fine with this
