Having said that I got The Crew for nothing and had fun hacking around in the grass before realising it was locked to 30 FPS.

Their best game ever was South Park The Stick Of Truth. I am praying they don't wreck The Fractured But Whole.

The Crew isn't frame locked... we all sit at 60FPS solid, you've missed Far Cry Primal which is just beautiful and so much fun it should be illegal.

It's this nearly every time with Ubisoft. And whenever they do happen to somehow make a decent game they start releasing it on a yearly schedule with only very small changes until even the most die-hard fans don't want to buy it anymore.
 
Silent Hunter series were brilliant up until the last one. Not all Ubi is bad Ubi. Ok showing my age now..

I didn't enjoy FC3 or FC4 at all dude tbh. They just left me cold. I don't like it when games mix genres. They become a jack of all trades, master of none. They all look nice, but that's only skin deep.

When I played The Crew it was locked to 30 FPS. So I guess they patched it or something, or the game may just have hated my monitor and been running at half refresh when I Vsynced it. That used to happen a lot (FO4 did it too). It's something to do with how the 4k monitor I had splits its signals into two to get to 60hz.

I didn't like FC3... The graphics are amazing up until today but the gameplay was kinda boring...


Now the game I'm waiting to release is ME Andromeda... I'm quite sceptical whether I should buy it on release or wait for angry joe to do a review first...

FC3 was alright, but i got bored of it half way through as well. FC4 and Primal were effectively copies of that game.
Always wait for the release, buy on day two if the overall reviews are good.
