Noob thinking of getting into CSS

we have a d2 deathmatch, where when u die u just respawn straigh away, thats the best way to learn the dust2 map and get decent aim imo, u have a choice of all the guns aswel so u can see which 1s feel best for u, but as everyone will say, just takes practice mate and it will come together.

im in the same boat as you, im still pretty rubbish. I cant pratice on this pc as its connected wireless to my router so pings time will be crap. may have a resuffle one day.

Sit back and be patient. Also, shoot automatic weapons in small bursts when they're long range. Holding the trigger is fine when they're right in front of you. (the enemy, that is)
In console, enter.
cl_cmdrate 100
cl_updaterate 100
rate 25000
After each of those, press enter. Your rates are now correct and you should register well in 100 tick servers and under.
Adjust your sensitivity till you find the sweet spot. Also adjust the crosshair to the appropriate size. Try cl_crosshairscale 2000 or cl_crosshairscale 3000 (my fav).
You may also want to invest in a nice gamer oriented mouse pad and or mouse with some aftermarket mouse feet. This actually helps your skill.

Yes you should 
the G5 is cheap especially at www.scan.co.uk although I got mine through OCUK and this is my 3rd one, I seem to bugger the right click on them after 10month got a replacement for my first one and then the replacment died so bought this one about 2month ago so, hoping its a little better.

It sucks but with high sensitivity and skates its ok to game with. I screwed up my Fatal1ty playing Nox and clicking really hard to much on the left mouse button.
As for the game, everytime i go to my best friends i try to play but like you i get tired of the pros and the hax04s. Bots can only go so far.

That server where you upgrade guns for the more you kill, and steal levels with knife kills is well fun Had a good today, although done terrible, think I got about 8 kills and 30 deaths and around gun #3 Great fun however, although all my textures were yellow blocks with stuff like "Wall, 128x128" written on it

Thats what the texture maps are suppoed to look like mate.
