I'm running this one in my rig and was thinking about adding a second fan and doing a mild overcock. So the review really hit the spot!

Tbh I didn't think this would be rewiewed since it does not exactly fall in the scope of the site (I would guess). Obviously I don't mind that at all.

Not bad for a single heatsink cooler, the price is to close to the NH-D14 in my opinion though.
If it's a smaller cooler you need because of space, or if you are not OCing much then this one will do the job good enough. Otherwise for £10 more, which is less than the price of an extra Noctua fan for the NH-U12S, the D14 is the better option.

I had one of these - swapped it yesterday for my mate's D14.

In MATX systems like he had, the D14 overhangs the top x16 slot, and so for him, he had to put it in the x4 slot on his Sniper M5 - hence the swap.

I thought it was really good though. Very easy to mount, and the fan clips used are better than the ones on the D14. Great for its size.

Iv got this heat sink in my build as it fits nicely on my Asus Maximus Gene v
Keeps my i7 3770k at 73c max load Prim95 running small FFTs, it's overclocked to 4.4Ghz at 1.2v I'm using the Noctua NF-F12 IndustrialPPC 2000RPM PWM on it in push pull.
Would overclock more but I don't like temps getting near 80c
