Ye well she's hardly fat but a toning up would do anyone good tbh

On the article - excellent, just another implementable thing. Tbh a step thing could be used on all consoles and pc/mac etc.

I`m w8ing for a suspended ball type thing that`ll allow freekick taking`n stuff.

And boxing gloves..

looks interesting :)

how does it know when you have your arms in the air? :) on those video's the people don't have a wii controller in their hands or anything. Or are they just mimmicking the character on the screen instead of it being the other way?

shame the wii's cost so much tho :(

lol she reads this she kills me

But I don't mean she needs it, excercise is good and at least with the Wii she may actually do it :)

No she doesn't do much excercise (though we're both going to the gym tomorrow). She's just lucky she stays thin naturally

Looks pretty cool, could be some fun.

The sensor pad could detect the increase in downward force as you move your arms up.

that is so craptastic imo, sure its good as far as tech wise but it doesnt look like fun at all and i bet it will be quite pricey.

a dance mat and dance game (for console or pc) would be cheaper and more fun than that by miles.

Raging.

Wouldn't have thought moving your arms would make that much difference to the force on the pad.

Dude, its the cheapest console yet almost brand new. How can you complain?

DOnt knock it before youve tried it.

If it does work that way, then it would be in gravity im guessing.

i wouldnt go anywhere near it after watching the video tbh :p ,even if i did have a wii.

i do wonder how much it will cost though.

Raging.

If you want to excercise play some real sports, go to the gym, get out of the house!

I think this is a novelty item. I don't like it to be honest.

Thats the thing though, most overweight/unfit people dont want to play real sports or excercise. At least this way they are doing it whilst doing something they may love.

quite true.

its just more fun tbh, wouldnt you prefer to have fun while your burning a few cals?:p

although this wii thing doesnt look very fun at all and the features will probably be very limited but some ppl will probably like it.

the price will probably be a big factor, lets hope they can keep it decent compared to the other cheap methods of having fun and burnin some cal's at the same time.
