1.5 on a 2500k for 24/7 use is pretty bad. you'll kill your chip pretty quickly. knock it down to 1.35 or around there and 4.4ghz. you wont see a lot of differnece :)

prime had been running for about 2 hours I just restarted for screen shot
the voltage is confusing me bios set to 1.34V coretemp and hwmonitor tell me its 1.391V and cpuid says 1.512V dont know which one is right
if I drop it a bit she bsod after about 20 mins

How is it set to that?

What's load line calibration on? Could just be poor settings on the board I suppose.

Anyway, decrease the clocks. Go for about 4.5/4.6ghz for 24/7. I'd probably say it's down to the board as to why it bluescreens if it's lower.

I think 1.35v is a little too strict tbh...

It is under water, and temps are great considering the voltage.

1.4-1.45v should be fine for longer term use.

What were the temps like? If they were good, you could probably afford to bump it up by another 0.01v or so, if not, just drop it down to 4.5GHz.

Are you sure it's reading it correctly? Mine takes 1.27 to remain prime stable at 4.5 and 1.32 to do so at 4.7. In either case it runs at about 58-65*C and I'm also under water. I'd go with the BIOS setting unless you have a way of directly measuring the Vcore, in my experience some motherboards aren't exactly reliable when measuring voltages.
