New Mousemat

So just a quick one this time, I really need a new mouse mat because I'm a bit sick of the cloth (I think) ones that just slide around on my desk when ever I move my hand.

I want a mat that is £20 or under and is quite plain. I have a glass table and the main point of me getting the new mat is to stop it from moving around. I have a Razer Deathadder 3500 (with the blue LED's) if that helps.

Thanks guys.

i bought a steelseries qck+ a few days ago, can't complain. very comfy, doesn't move around and isn't as thick as most other mousemats.

I still use a Puretrak Talent - although they seem hard to find in the UK these days.

One company seems to have them...and...well....er....

They also seem to have the Stealth which is slightly smaller.

They're great quality. Very thick, and grip incredibly well on any surface.

i used to have a corepad xxxl (90x45x3) and the thickness actually annoyed me.
but i suppose that is down to personal preference.

Just had a look on amazon and that is one freaking huge mat! I think if I get a mat that big I will want to be able to fit my keyboard on it.

Now that I think about it that would be a nice touch if someone could recommend me a mat like the Razer Goliathus mat but more plain.

i had the keyboard for a while on the corepad, but then the keyboard starts slipping. not a good idea.

well, the steelseries QcK+ is your goliathus large equivalent and the corepad is your goliathus extended equivalent. both very plain.

That is exactly what I wanted! I wonder why I couldn't find it myself tbh.

EDIT: in one of the suggested items I found this. It's 900mm long and 440mm tall. Looks almost perfect to me and will fill my desk nicely :). Thanks for the help and quick responses guys :).

Thats a huge mat.......especially for the price.

This is the mat I have, and I have no issues with it at all..... plus its only 1.4mm thick.
Sharkoon 1337 Mat

and maybe some 'non-slip pads' or something for your keyboard

Maybe a little weird but I have pads on my kitchen units that prevent the cupboard doors from slamming (wood against wood), maybe something like that could be used.....or even the non slip dash board mats that people buy for their cars!?
