New headphones

So I have been looking for an incredible set of headphones, something studio quality so very flat EQ, tough, and versatile.

Browsing my Best Buy I picked up a pair of the new Mashall Monitor headphones. These things are AMAZING. The EQ is near perfectly flat, they offer 10-20,000hz, collapsible, and very rugged.

I have been using this with my iPad Mini Retina which has an incredible headphone amp and audio chip (without a separate amp, the iPad alone is a audiophile orgasm) http://www.gsmarena.com/apple_ipad_mini_2-review-1015p7.php

The sound is incredibly clear and crisp (don't judge them at the booth in a store) these blew me away. They also have an in line mic and the ability to daisy chain other headphones. The sound stage is massive for closed headphones, highs are very crisp, mids are incredibly noticeable, and bass is punchy enough to make Beats headphones cry. All while keeping a flat EQ audiophiles are looking for.

While this isn't a review I highly recommend these headphones. I even played some BF4 with these plugged into my Xonar and due to the large sound stage surround is actually very accurate I was quite surprised! And playing with max volume my jaw hit the floor. Most headphones cant replicate the quick punchyness needed for a high powered rifle in the game, but these headphones nailed the .50 cal so well you feel it when you fire it! It's so satisfying!

Only drawback is the are $200 but OMG OMG this was by far the best $200 I have EVER spent on sound equipment. And this is coming from someone who has thousands of dollars of sound equipment in his garage.
