New Bios & HITACHI 4TB 5400 RPM Internal Hard Drive?

im wondering if the new bios for mobos like the asus z68 or x79 can use a HITACHI 4TB 5400 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive as the bot drive and use a force 3 gb as a cahe. ty in advance.
