I have this PSU https://www.overclock3d.net/reviews/power_supply/silver_power_sp-ss750m_750w_review/3
But I bought a Sapphire 290 Tri-X and with this card it often triggers coil whine (My old 7950 did not, at least it must have been less prominent)
I thought for a long time that it was the GPU, but I tried taking the PSU out of the case, and it comes form the PSU, and since there is no warranty left, I am considering trying to fix it myself it possible.
So is it possible to apply nail polish to capacitors to reduce vibration? And if yes, what about heat, do capacitors not get hot, I don't want to trap heat and make it kill it self
