Hi people.. now i aint been on here for a while but im finaly taking the step into watercooling! yey! making my own kit, spent like £300 so far, also modding a new case for it. Well, the thing is to make the watercooling all worth it i will need some new ram, I tried to see what i could get, and well it was a complete failiure.. Even with a devider and tighter ram timings i got a whopping 240mhz fsb.. yea brilliant.. (thats my cpu clocked to 2.16ghz opty 165) so now im looking for some new ram.. i currently got a DFI SLi-D, opty 165 and some 'V-data 1gb pc3200'. Now i have hear that the G.Skills ram is the best to suit my situation, i heard it is great for my board and i play games alot so i will be trying to get 2gb of it. So i would like to try and get 2x1gb of PC4000, anyone got any they need to get rid of? or even know where to buy it for a reasonable price. thanks if anyone can help..

Nothing wrong with crucial tbh...
Its the chips they used in the 2gb Sets of ballistix had a ridiculous failure rate, and RMA replacement would be 4x 512mb Ballistix which worked, but wasnt ideal...
Other crucial ranges unaffected afaik
