WD HARD DISK 1TB

KINGSTON 64GB SSD

KINGSTON Hyper-X 8GB

CM Silent Pro-M 700W

CM V6GT CPU Cooler

1st option without a doubt, even if u used a 2500k instead of the 2600k which will not make a difference in games.

Don't feel like you have to buy the best to be the best! A much cheaper CPU will handle budget gaming. And you don't need 6/8 cores...

But then what I would call 'budget gaming' is way off other people's ideas on the subject.

But the i5 2500k is fantastic.

Jup Intel i5 2500K ! And get a better gpu instead ^^

And you don't need 700W for that. So better psu with less wattage.

thanks very much guys.....

a very good budget gpu in my opinion is the gtx 560 or 560ti, good performance and over clocking ability

any good brand 500w - 650w psu will do you just fine

just for reference here is the build i did for just over 700€

ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3

Intel Core i5-2500k

Mushkin DIMM 8 GB DDR3-1600 Kit (Blackline)

Nvidia GeForce GTX560

XFX Pro 650w Core Edition

Fractal Design Arc Midi

As others have suggested, the items you picked are quite unbalanced especially the CPU, GPU and PSU.

Based on the spec you posted above this is what I would suggest,

8GB-Kit G.Skill RipJaws-X PC3-12800U CL9 - €40.79

Crucial M4 64GB SSD 6,4cm (2,5") - €80.84

Samsung SpinPoint F3 1000GB, SATA II (HD103SJ) - €104.87

Super-Flower Amazon 80Plus 550W - €52.03

HIS HD 6870 Fan GDDR5 1024MB HDMI/DP/2xDVI - €143.49

ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3, Sockel 1155, ATX - €113.21

Intel Core i5-2500K Box, LGA1155 - €187.99

Noctua NH-UB9 SE2, AM2/AM3/775/1366/1156 - €44.97

Shipping €18.99

Total €787.18

If you fill out the questions below me or someone else here will be able to make more appropriate suggestions

1. What is your budget? [€xxx]

2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? [Gaming/Video editing/3D Modelling/HTPC/Internet] (If gaming include which games)

3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [Yes/No]

4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [Hard drive/DVD Drive/Case/PSU/etc.] (If possible state brand and model of the parts to ensure compatibility)

5. Do you need a monitor? [Yes/No]

5a. If yes, what size do you need. [19'/20'/22'/24'/etc.]

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future? [1920x1080/1440x900/etc.] [Yes/No]

6. Do you need any of these peripherals? [Keyboard/Mouse/Wireless Card/Card Reader/Speakers/etc.]

7. Are you willing to try overclocking? [Yes/No]

9. When are you purchasing? [In x days]

Tbh mate you can't do much better than a 2600k right now mine is still doing great with my maximus iv extreme and if you get a decent one they overclock like a beast!

First option for sure.

On your HDD, WD Greens are great for storage, Blue good for a mix of storage and games and Black best for games or larger files.

A better PSU, maybe Corsair AX series, might be a small but nice improvement as well

forget what others have said and get the 1st intel bundle, as it has longevity

just change the GPU to a geForce equivalent (560ti)

for this choice the 1st intel rig. in my eyes im biast to amd but still would go with the intel rig. the fx series of processors are, shame to say crap. amd is more for value rigs where as intel is more aimed at performance. unless you change of the fx buldozer series intel will always get my vote.
