Need advice on new build.

Hello Everyone!

I'm in need of advice, I've been wanting to build myself a new rig for quite a while now but I don't know which parts to buy. I was hoping you, the OC3D Familiy, could help me with this one?

Will be used for:

Gaming

Rendering

And the everyday things like listening to music, browsing the web, etc..

I came up with this.

Think you'll need 4gb or 8gb with the new SB processors (dual channel) if you can try and get some mushkin nice ram.

hdd: good

ssd: may be a bit slow on the write speed

gpu: maybe a gtx 460 or a maybe a 6870 (or wait to see the gtx 560)

psu: seasonic are good I've heard

do you need 2 tb of storage really? get a better gpu if you can afford it(not that the 6850 is bad but there are better) to give more futre proofing? roccat headset is a nice one for the money if you go for one.

All in all it personal choise tbh everyone has diff needs. i have an lg led screen and it awsome bt

Id say try and get mushkin ram and a 460 or 570 gpu.. 4gb ram should be enough.. You can get more if you feel you need it.

@inmate183 you would be suprised how much space doing graphics rendering and modelling takes up.. Ill be buying 2tb of space soon to mainly because of this :-)
