Need a decent desk, any suggestions?

Hey guys, I'm currently on the hunt for a decent looking desk.
It needs to be big enought to fit my case and monitor as well as mouse, keyboard etc.

So far nothing has caught my eye.... My ideal colour would be black but not worried if it's wood or glass.

Just after a few ideas or suggestions.

I was looking at one of the Ikea offerings but I quite liked this, and it fits in my spare room rather nicely! Plus if you have the space to put it in to begin with, it offers tons of space on the desktop.

Or build one yourself and purchase a host of leg variations from IKEA. Or get an electronic adjustable height like I plan to do

I went IKEA, but got a pair of INGO dining tables stretching 2.4m along the wall nicely waxed.

Now I want to get rid of the two middle legs at the front though, so this weekend I'm planning to attach a 2m steel bar to the front and remove the legs.

I'll report back on whether it's a disaster or not.

I had the IKEA Linnarp and its been the best desk ever. It is now in a transition phase though of housing my entire pc. So far the Sabertooth Mark S is looking pretty sweet inside it Jim!

As most have suggested - go to Ikea, go to the desk section, pick a top and 4 legs.
My desk cost about £40 and it's 1.2m long.

I can recommend Ikea Bekant table (you have many colors black included) and you can choose length. I chose 160x80cm as i plan to go triple monitor, with case on the floor. You can also adjust height 65-85cm i think.

They are very nice tbh. I recommend the one I quoted, my only annoyance is that its not very deep, but thats because I have an absolutely huge monitor stand and my keyboard on it. It's plenty big enough, built well and SO CHEAP compared to the only other good corner desk I could find, the galant.

I'd get one.. my current desk is as big as i can get it. I have next to no space in my room. But the one you linked is only for the UK.. i don't feel like shipping that desk to the US.. screw that shipping cost lol
