It is/was a guessing game! I'm looking at my options for SFF cases that fit tri-slot GPUs.

I think youre going to be hard pushed matey - youll probs need to just go MATX but if you want a H100i then I dont even know of a SMALL case that does all that

The Prodigy/Phenom/Colossus Mini all come in a mATX version and are the same size as their ITX twins. Not the most efficient lay-out, but as long as you don't put in a super high-end system it'll be fine.

You can also have a look at the Aerocool Dead Silence which is pretty much like the modded Prodigy you posted in the OP. It's a bit bigger though, and also Aerocool isn't all that when it comes to quality, but it'll do.
