It does exactly that at times also mate . I have to move it like crazy for it to make itself right again . I bought it with the customization in mind . I used to play a lot of basketball when I was younger and have broken / dislocated my right little finger god knows how many times . I've also got big hand but little dumpy fingers . Which results in me having a very odd way of using a mouse . The RAT 7 is perfect though . It looks like i'm going to have to shop around for a new mouse though . Are there any more with a pincky rest ?

Early versions of the 7 and 9 used a sensor which was prone to problems with dust. The newer models have a better sensor and generally don't suffer from this issue any more. If you have one of them freaking out like that, try giving it a quick blast with some canned air over the sensor. Don't do it for too long or you can freeze it up.
