My setup as of 2013 :D - CM Storm Stryker

Hi there everyone this is my new setup as of today.
As I'm a student it isn't too fancy, but I did my best.

PC Specs:

i5 3570k

EVGA GeForce GTX 670 FW

ASRock Extreme 4

Corsair AX 750W

Anything else you want just let me know.

I've finally achieved my goal for the next year or two.

I'd like to say thanks to everyone here on the forums especially Seumasbeath, and also TinyTom! He was the one who inspired me and made me get into computers.

What desk is that in the after pic? I've been looking for a new desk and really wanting a corner one. That one looks nice.

Funny story actually. My grandma had this desk custom built about 15 years ago. I asked her that exact question but she has no idea. Sorry, you may want to ask Ikea about custom builds.

Ahh. Yeah it looked like one of their corner desks but I wasn't sure. I thought it had to be custom because their corner desks look a lot smaller than that lol.

i liked the before picture, however i could thumbs up fot the after picture if theres a burger there.......
thats the only thing thats missing for me to fall in love with it

Its literally the other corner aha. I switch my room round a bit. So if you turned around 180 degrees you would see the corner it is currently in.

About the case and its fans, are they loud at all?
I notice that your space from the case is probably the closest I can find to replicate my current setup too.
So about the noise, loud at all?

Pretty loud :/ I even took the top fan out. I am hopefully going to take out the front fans and replace them with SP120's.

^^ If their not going on coolers/radiators, get AF120s. SP 120s are meant for tight spaces such as radiators (which need a lot of static pressure).

Oh no! Im planning to buy this case in a month's time and was wondering whether to leave the fans for a bit to save few more cash. But as you say, "Pretty loud", i'll have to get a few AF120 silent edition ones then.

They would be a good investment, and they are wonderful quality for how much they are. Also I love this case <3 the only thing I would change is the jutting out side panel. I'd like a square flat one.
