Why is there a fan on the motherboard heatsink?
To achieve better airflow and looks in the case, of course :)

Huge pics man! Can you take a shot of the whole inside? So we can see how the loop's going around and cables ^_^
For how long is your watercooling system set up? Your tubes look green.

i know i have alot of room for overclocking, and i know my tubes look green or ugly, but i bought them used from a person, he had them around for a long time, havent had time to change them, the the fan on the heatsink is improving the temps on the mosfet or chipset, by 3 or 4 dagrees, but is the pictures to big?, tried to resize them using this link http://sqi.sh/links

edit: hope the pictures isn't so big now, used tinyurl now to resize them, hope you guys are happy, zstill new to this forum

waiting to add the extra 2 fans waiting for some trippel dust filter from techbay.no
and ofc i will remove the fan on heatsink on motherboard if you think it will improve looks, and as i said, the tubes did i buy used from a other person that had them laying around in his house, but sometime i will change them

yes, thanks god for that :D had some truble to resize them at first :P

i've removed the fan on the mosfet and i overclocked my cpu and gpu
cpu: 3.6GHz
Gpu: 900Mhz, shader: 1800Mhz and memory: 2200Mhz
and it is running stable when i am gaming
and never over 44 degrees when i have my fans running
when i am doing stress test with prime95 and msi kombustor, it gets 48 max on the gpu and 46-48 on cpu, so i still have room for more overclocking :D
pictures will come :D
