Hey OC3D forum
First of all not sure if i'm even posting this in the right section

Well to the problem!
Just got my new system up and running.
But when its boting up into windows my keyboard aint working
and in "device management" i'm sometimes getting a "code 43"
and sometimes there is just light in it, and none of the keys are working.
But the keyboard is working in the bios
And it also works perfect on my laptop

i tried reinstall razer synapse, tried reinstall USB drivers and none off it worked
So anybody got an idea of what i can do?

Keyboard : Razer Blackwidow Ultimate stealth 2014

system specs:
Asus z97-ar
Intel 4690k
GTX 760
Win 8.1

Can you see if you have the Update KB2917929 installed?
There was a problem that could cause USB devices to be arbitrarily throwing errors like yours and "No device descriptor" crap.

If this does not help try uninstalling all USB devices (Device Manager) and every driver&software of your BW. It could be an overwritten driver (Had this problem when using a Logitech G15 and a MS Sidewinder - Logitech updated all input device drivers, the Sidewinder also wanted to update the mouse driver but from the orginal version and not from the logitech one, so it simply did nothing and refused to work)

Edit: By "uninstall USB devices" I mean even the "USB Host controller" and stuff like this. Some guys report that after the update to 8.1 Windows is using the Intel USB 3.0 driver for the 2.0 ports.

Thanks i will try that, but i found that it works perfect with win 7 on the system! and i will try to install the win7 usb driver from asus, maybe that will fix it.
