Hi guys,

Just thought I would share some pics of my new rig.

I am very impressed, mainly by the CPU, heatsink and case! This thing runs so cool but while performing damn fast at the same time.

(latest pics I have added)

Noctua NF-P14 with custom LED.

Soon to get replace neons with orange!!

And still a few fans left to give the orange LED makeover

.

Front fan is running at half voltage or so, dims the LED down a fair bit

.

The fan's a bit loud at 12V...

What are the specs? Looks real good just needs some more cable management

Cooler Master HAF X | Noctua NH-D14 | Intel Core i5-2500K | EVGA Nvidia GTX 460 SC 1GB | Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD3P | Crucial Ballistix 4GB DDR3 1600MHz CL8 | Coolermaster Silent Pro Gold 700W | WD Raptor 150GB | Samsung F3 1TB | Acer 22" | Logitech Illuminated Keyboard | Logitech G5 | Audio-Technica ATH-A900

Agreed on the cables

Nice. We like

All i can see to do for the little cables is camo them with black sleeving. the SATA's are nice and might make the devil puke with gealousy if you camo the flat part and leave the blue connectors

Nice looking rig

Also if you want to replace that Blue 230 mm fan, check out Thermaltake's site i'm sure they have one that could replace that.

Corr what's wrong with the cable managment lol, you can only see the heatsink cables with the side on which I have now tidied up lol. I'm all for airflow/cooling cable managment not really looks cable wise.

I am planning to braid the case/fan cables at some point though with black braid and not sure what colour heatshrink yet, black or orange

Cheers though guys

Lappy there is no blue fan lol
smile.gif
. All lights can be turned off and on if desired, I like the blue and red but am going to go orange soon when I get bored of these colours. Orange looks sweet on black.

CPU temp is around 23 at idle (room temp 21) and I haven't been able to get it over like 42ish on 100% load yet (prime 95 and games). It is just running at stock clock currently with RAM at 1600 CL8. Funny thing is that the back of the case is always blowing what feels to be cool air, even while gaming. Graphics card kicks out a bit of heat but not as much as my last rig with the same SC EVGA 460
smile.gif
. Must be the case lol..

Cheers

. Orange soon but am going to keep my eye out to make sure on the scheme and lighting first of all.

More pics I just took as I felt my last ones were pretty crappy...

Might have to make my own resistor mod or fan controller...

I'm not usually big on LEDs and ricing but i've got to say mate, your setup looks awesome.

I think you should leave it as orange and blue though.

You reckon?? I think the blue looks a bit washed out against the heatsink and black inside of the case. The blue reflections outside the case look bloody sweet though.

They don't sell orange neons so I have to look for a orange "red" cold cathode
