erm.. 8GB of RAm... you do realise what triple channel means?

the RAM goes multiples of 3 and not twos!

hence the term triple channel.

to lob 8GB is a triple channel board is to take a slight dumpette on system performance.

i would wait until the new IB comes out

save you money!

IMO wait for the PCI3.0/SATA3/USB3/Quad channel memory - motherboards for either Intel or AMD.

Big jump in mobo tech imo, and I'd not advise a big outlay of cash before they do. It can't be that far away now.
