My New RIg

Today, i picked up an Asus P8P67 Rev3 B3 Motherboard, 8GB of (blue) vengeance memory (2x4GB) Dimms of DDR3 1600, and a HAF 912 Midtower case. I ended up reusing my Coolmax V-600 PSU, and Radeon 5770 HD Vapor-x Sapphire.

I assembled all of this realizing that my PSU is probably a miniATX PSU because it does not have one of the 8-pin ATX power connectors that goes on the top of the Mobo. As i booted my system for the first time, I got one beep, it shut down, started back up, and beeped again as it kept running (this is fairly normal ofcourse for all systems as far as I am aware of it), but my monitor will not get any signal and it does indeed work. Im assuming I need a new PSU but wanted to get input here before I go blow 80 bucks. Whatta you guys think?

edit: forgot to mention i also bought an i5-2500k

If it has a 4 pin for the CPU power that'll do for a basic supply. 8 pin is commonly needed for high-end CPU's and overclocking.

There is storys of 4 pin PCIexpress power sockets being wedged in there and killimg the rig, be careful

Thanks for the help guys Im gonna go pickup a new PSU right now.
