A mate of mine can get his to 2.8 in his Mach II. I'll let him know. I've got one here too. Havent even installed it yet - I have no XP motherboard

He can get his to post at 3ghz but his board doesnt offer enough vcore to stabilise it.

my xp3200 is running at 2.8 but im too afraid to up the volts any more to see if I can get more, lol (currently at 2.15 volts).

bit OT but with amd FX's what do you think the highest vcore you can go safely if its sitting under a mach GT?

id be interested also bryan, im watching closely the prices of some else where, one goes to 2.6 and the other 2.5 apparantly, both gonna finish in the high 50-60's im thinking, and thats second hand. Like most ppl i know a place to get unlocked mobiles from but its luck of the draw usually how far each one goes, never the less bryan if you wudnt mind PMing me the source u used

Im still deciding wether to buy a 2nd P4 for my server or a new mobile chip :S

Jon yes it was, also about the other place I got one of there lastest batch today only does around 2.4Ghz.

It's a IQYHA 0402 TPMW I did think 2.6Ghz would be possiable, oh well I've got my golden chip now, so I don't really care

thanks for the info (god i love this place ) now the hardest deciison, do i buy another P4 that i know for def will clock over 4ghz (not saing my SL6WK wont) or buy an XP-M, use my current A7N8X mobo and geil ram and spend like £60-70 on the CPU or spend £130 for the CPU, buy another P4 mobo etc.... hmmmmz decisions deciisons, and how i do hate making them !

I'll be running 3Dmark2001 and 03 on friday mate when in the GT, as that CPU is sitting on my desk now, If I did not have so many chips I'd buy another Jon.
