My most stable O.C, 24 Hours of Prime followed by 8 hours of Fold

Greetings fellow O.C fanatics. After a few weeks of solid testing of what my RAM, CPU, and Mobo could handle, I have come to this simple, but extremely stable O.C! I'm really excited, for this is the first 4.0 I have run for this long without any errors at all!

I'm aware that the picture here says "2 hours no errors", as it was taken after a preliminary run of Prime95, before the 24 torture test. The actual end temps never reached 30C, and idle still likes the mid-teens.

Thanks for all the help and advice offered across this great website. Perhaps in a month or so, I'll be looking for a stable 4.2-4.5.

Nice! I've got my X4 955 humming along at 4GHz, 1.45v, passed 24hrs of P95 without breaking a sweat. Been running it at 4GHz for 5-6 months 24/7

That's even better news! I wasn't entirely sure how 1.45v holds up in the long run, as I'm not terribly familiar with how current deteriorates CPUs. But I'm hoping this lasts at least a year, year and a half. Kinda want an 8 Physical core processor, but want to pay as little as I can for it, so the AMD FX series should be much cheaper by then.

Your 955 almost outperforms the 8150

OT: Nice OC
