So here is my mood swinger ( Mood swinging with my desktop wallpaper that i change a lot).
Recent total build due to returning to the PC and gaming after a very long absence.
Tried to wait for Ryzen but couldn't wait any longer than January, But luckily just as i was looking to order Mobo and CPU Kabylake released that evening on the site i was ordering from. So lucky as i nearly purchased a day before.
So this is my first ever Intel build, For the past 20 + years i was always AMD.
Hence why i did try to hold off for Ryzen, But i am sure i will not be too much disappointed as i have already been enjoying this rig.
First ever Water cooled setup too, and i'm already looking at using PETG pipe instead of hose, infact i already have a pack of tubes from a friend just need to get the fitting's.
That will probably be a little while away as it took so long to get all the parts together and build. So im just enjoying it at the moment.
So the Build,
i Started at the beginning of January sourcing my parts and picking up great deal's.
GPU £209, PSU £80, 16gb Mem £80 and so on. everypart except MOBO and CPU had a £20 to £40 saving. and like i said i held off as long as i could for Ryzen so the MOBO & CPU were purchased last.
