Hello!
So i have this mid range gaming PC, specs will be at the end. I love the look of this case that its now that i have modded it. It was only a simple paint job. Before hand it was bare metal so a dash of pain has improved it dramatically even if it the paint did run here and there. My plan was to pain the roof and side panels with glossy black paint but I've never seemed to be able to get around to it. This case is pretty crap when it comes to features anyway. No dust filters, one very noisy fan included and another extremely noisy 80mm one that i just had to remove it was that bad, no tooless anything, no room for cable management or any routing holes. Its shit to put in one way
To solve the dust and noise issue im planning to get a Define R4 case. The black one with a window. Looks rather nice, maybe a little plain on the front but i like it. Atleast when im lying in bed i can look in through the window and see how cool it looks.
Anyway im going to shut my mouth and show you some pictures
This is where i think this case looks best from, the front.
This is the case with the side panel on. Not a huge fan of this side panel. The mesh in the middle is where the 80mm fan used to live.
Now the side panel is of it looks much better. Looks so much nicer. You can see my amateurish painting skills on the drive bays. Also note the chunk of cables in the bottom right. It would be nice to hide them behind the motherboard tray but it is impossible. It will barely close with just the 24 pin cable behind there. Its actually bent the side panel xD
No rear fan included and mounting holes only for 80 and 92mm fans! Glad it only cost me £25.
The unpainted roof panel
And finally, the worst part of this case... no dust filters... at all. I only cleaned this a few weeks ago too
I hope you enjoyed looking at those pictures. Noob mistake to go with the cheapest case. As promised i will leave my specs below and if anyone has any suggestions or thoughts feel free to share them here
