This is were i am at with my rig at the moment. I would just like to give everybody a look at my high performance budget PC that i have been adding to for about a year now.
I think it is good idea for me to include the age and price of the components so you get a idea of price and what i have kept for a while and what i have replaced in the rig. So here is a list of my stuff:

As you can see from the list of stuff in my rig some of my components are getting very dated but they still do the job as i have updated all the important bits over the years.
I have built quite a few rigs before this one, and have just implemented some of my components that i know are reliable and do the job into my newer rigs. Like my "WD Raptor X WD1500AHFD 150GB SATA 10KRPM 16MB Cache - OEM" for example, i have used it for over 5 year now and still find a use for it as a back-up drive in my PC and a show piece because i love the look of the mechanical drive through the clear plastic top. I think i would still find a place for it in a future build even if it was to go kaputt!

Having seen my rig i would appreciated any suggestions people have of any upgrades that i could add to my rig. I'm not looking to do a full overhaul just yet! I like my 2011skt set-up too much to change just yet. And i feel the newer 1155skt set-ups are just not good enough to change. So hopefully i can get some new ideas to improve my build. Thanks :)

Thats still have powerfull pc you got there mate reguardless of how old some bits are!

If i was to suggest upgrades they would be, your gfx card and your Kb&m to wired gaming ones.

Yes thanks. I am so glad when i decided to invest in the 2011Skt system last year to find still to this day it is the most powerful and overclock-able system.
I would like to update my graphics card but i think i may wait until the Nvidia GTX 700 Series come along! Which i think will make use of the PCI-E 3.0 Slots to give some impressive figures.

I like the look of the case! Its got a Military Reinforced type of look which i like. Also i like the fact that the case has a blooming great nice bit of see-through plastic so i can see all the great things inside. I must admit this case is a bit to small i need a tower case next time!
Appreciate your opinion non the less. :)

m8 =-D budget with OCZ 120GB RevoDrive 3 ? =DD well most of cumon ussers say budget pc is around 500-800 pounds i counted just a bit off your rig price it was over 1200 pounds =D your pc issint budget in my opinion it is high end pc revo it self costs more then my cpu+mobo =D i did budget performance build payed around 600-700 pounds used parts only case and cpu cooler case i got for free and cpu cooler i got for 13pounds while new costs 80-90 pounds ;) anyway wery nice rig ;)

Great build!

A good upgrade would be GPU...

But i really doubt there is anything you can not play at max settings with playable FPS?

:D

Thanks. Yes my system runs pretty much every game on ultra at a playable fps!
My 480 has the most recent drivers and i use Afterburner to overclock the core to 850Mhz and memory to 2100Mhz with only 40% fan speed. I can get clocks of 912Mhz core and 2200Mhz but i have to run 100% fan speed and is too loud!
I'm using a overclock of 4.2Ghz on my 3930k. I can go higher but i like it at this level.
These overclock's give me 27-50 fps on Far Cry 3 on Ultra setting's so it's not bad. :)

I just wondering do you think i should buy a 660ti or wait for the 700 series which i think is to be realised at the end of this year?

I would tell you to wait for 700 series, it is exactly what i am doing mate.

480 is still a very fast card...
