Hi people, new to the forums.

Thought I would post up a few pictures of my current project. As you can probably tell im quite into case modding, watercooling and overclocking.

Look forward to your thoughts.

COR BLIMEY!

I have just blown a gasket! That is bloody stunning!

I need to start spending more money, time to get a new water setup! :D

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG

I bloody love it - its the best i've ever seen!

  I dunno whether to go for UV purple water or UV green - thats so awesome.

What are all the other UV bits? Acrylic with UV applicant stuck onto components?

@ Toxity - Thanks

@ mrapoc - Thanks, the other UV bits are UV active Acrylic. I just polished up the edges to give them a better glow.

@ Rastalovich - Thanks, the room does look pretty mad at night. I am sure the neighbors think something strange is going on, what with the huge green glow shining into the street.

Looking really nice! Was the dominator airflow kit panel easy to machine? Also, do the acrylic covers over the GFX card impact temps much?

Looks awesome tho, it really does!!

@ Kempez - Thanks, the colour scheme was very important when designing the case. Nice to see it going noticed,

@ Mr. Smith - Thanks, you have no idea how much of a pain its been though.

@ Mullet - The memory coolers cover was fairly simple, I only have very basic tools though so it took a couple of atempts to get right. As for temps on the GFX card, I couldnt honestly say as I have only had it running with the covers on, but under full load it runs around 40-45'C so as cool as can be expected I guess.

Thats actually extremly wikid.

This is the kind of rig you put on things like slizone to try and win prizes, absolutly brillient.

Exhaust Fan Changes

No takers on donating the GFX Card ay, thought not lol.

Anyways, as mentioned in the thread title this case is still in the process of being built, all be it slowly.

So today I was quite chuffed when some parts I ordered from WaterCoolingUK turned up less than 12 hours after I ordered them.

On the shopping list was:

- AC Ryan 120mm Green UV Fan (3 of the LED's burned out on one of mine)

- AC Ryan UV Green Plexi 120mm Rad Grill

- AC Ryan Black 120mm Rad Grill

- AC Ryan 3mm thick Mirrored, yet see through, acrylic

What I wanted to achieve with the fan (which was to be the exhaust fan on the rear of the case) was to make it stand out a little more and be a little more bold in appearance.

My thought was that using a rad grill instead of a fan grill would do this.

So I installed the fan complete with rad grills and it did look much better. But not quite as bold as I thought it would. It was then I had a 'brain wave'.

I took my 'dead LED' fan and removed the actual fan from the surround, thus giving me a kind of spacer and making my rear exhaust fan protrude from the back of the case.

I am really happy with the results especially looking from the back of the case, inwards.

The mirror acrylic will be used in the next few days to cover some less attractive areas (drive bays etc) and reflect onto it some of the better looking features.

Pics of the fan below, pics of the mirror to follow: Hope you like them, comments welcome.
