Well, when I bought my GTX570 from them they had this:

Which is pretty much the reason I went with them as I quite liked the sound of getting a card sent straight out to me and also getting some pre paid postage. Also that EVGA "CLAIM" to pride themselves on their customer service.
Well, after only 7 months my 570 died and I've started the RMA process. You have to go through the support ticket system first and then they will approve you for an RMA. The dude dealing with my support ticket didn't read what I sent to him as he asked me to try the card in another system which I had clearly stated I had already tried.
Anyway, my RMA was approved but it then said the Advance RMA option is "temporarily disabled" which no reason why and no time frame on when the service will be available again.
I said I still wanted the pre paid postage labels sent to me as it played a large part in why I actually bought the card from EVGA when I did. I bought it in January and registered it in plenty of time to be eligible for the offer.
They are now saying that I can't have the labels as it's only an option with the Advance RMA. I said I would like to use that option but it isn't available through no fault of mine and I don't particularly want to pay the £20 odd quid for the card to be insured and sent to Germany.
Anyway I've now asked for a managers email address or phone number to take it up further. I don't particularly want to call them as that's a bloody German number too.
I expect it's fine if you're in the States as you are. Not so good in the UK.
