MSI has unveiled their new M.2 Shield cooling solution, which will allow users of MSI's upcoming LGA 1151 motherboards to cool their hot M.2 devices.

This also means you don't need a black PCB. You're covering it up anyway so it won't matter the color. Useful since only Samsung drives are black.

haha, have been using a big block of aluminum on my m.2 drives. Heres to hoping that thing will actually cool it. Certainly looks better though.

ASUS will see this and be all over it for V3 of their armor a la Sabertooth/rog shield.

I like this idea. Always nice to have the options to hide things away.
