That phantom is the sexiest looking thing since slice bread. And the 580 hydro on the egg here in the states, is like another $200 gasp! But I guess if you are going to be doin some serious overclocking, it will do ya well. I would still get a phantom and call it a day if it was me. Seems expensive, but, I suppose by the time you bought the waterblock, fittings, backplate you'd be at the price point anyway, plus you dont have the hassle of removing the stock cooler. So either way is cool lol
