Can you guys kindly help us out - we want to compile the authoritative report on motherboard compatibility with the Prometeia.

I wont be spending much (if any) time on their site so I am not going to register with them.

I wll post here the list of MOBO's I have used that are compatable with the Prometeia, perhaps you or one of the mods can compile and send off in one lump.

DFI LanpartyPRO875B skt478 Shows minus temps, some small components surround mounting area, take care when installing.

ASUS P4C800-E DLX skt478 Shows minus temps, some small components surround mounting area, take care when installing.

ASUS A8N-SLI DLX skt939 Shows minus temps.

DFI LP SLI-DR SKT939 Shows minus temps, some small components surround mounting area, take care when installing.

Mav does your nf4 DFI board temp reading go below -29C? As mine does not but I'm pretty sure my cpu is colder than that.

Couldn't tell you, I have never had it that cold (even with r507 temps are no higher than -22 on FX55) u lucky devil

Whats the evap reading when you're fx55 is at -22? I know they aren't accurate but I'm just wondering.

Mines about 15degrees out of calibration.

Shows -50 but is more like -38.

no doubt not accurate.

Can you remeber what temps you get with your fx55 at stock? If I'm on air with the stock amd heatsink then my SD4000+ is 50-55C at idle! So I'm wondering if the DFI board reads temps too high.

At stock temps are -22 degrees in BIOS, Prommie reads -55 but I can never be sure with that as it never moves much between -47 and -55 whatever setting it's at.

Nick dont forget you are using a Chilly1 unit aren't you so you will have better temps

Ok i have just fitted a GigaByte K8NS Ultra-939, In motherboard monitor i selected the K8NS-Pro board which seems to work fine - MBM can pick up the subzero temp, currently reading -17 for the CPU
