Monitor Flickering Issue

I recently got the Asus MX239H, and i noticed that the bottom right of the screen in about 30% of the area is flickering, like the refresh rate type flicker, not image flicker

is my monitor on its way out?
ive tried 2 different cables on both the ports and still the same, even switch the video cards and drivers, still the same!

When is the screen from ? If it is young then 2 years, you can RMA it and get it fix.

Then you have the right to send it back whit a RMA and get it fix, How big a area is it ? in cm if you will that sweet

Edit : 30 % is to high, if you have a pixel fail rate on 8 to 12 that is fair. But 30 % is to damn high.

It's about 6cm high and 11cm across from the bottom right corner

That is to high a area, so call overclockers and make a RMA monday or when you have the time. The only thing you can do, have tryed that my self in the pass whit a Samsung screen and got it fix in 2 weeks. But that is in Denmark.
