I don't think this is aimed squarely at the normal home user, but more at the Workstation and Server crowd where they are using "Standard" PSU's and PC Components instead of a normal server chassis.

4x 4090's or what ever the Quadro equivalent is would rip through rendering etc.

You would think that, but Coolermaster has always been catered towards consumer and elite consumer. Never professional.

Look at all of their extreme niche products. Luxury gaming chairs, high end sim racing cockpits etc.
