Hopefully Microsoft will use havoc wisely and not in a way which will harm development on other platforms like Linux PCs or competing consoles like the PS4 and Wii U.

They already addressed this and said they will allow Sony and Nintendo as well as anyone else to continue licensing the engine just like before
