Microsoft delays the release of Windows 10's Spring Creators Update

I always dislike how it resets all my manual no update and driver tweaks etc, and the old tweaks don't work anymore.

FYI you can completely disable defender if you wanted to or you could set that program as safe (maybe not in defender...I honestly don't remember as I don't use it).

Also you can permanently disable updates and the like (atleast the forceable automatic way windows is...or all updates period from even showing up like I have) by using GPEDIT and a few tweaks inside there.

You get GPEDIT (group policy is the other name) in Win10 pro or higher but can also be added into win10 home, just google that :)

Just thought I'd share :)

or y'know, get with the times and use a seedbox :P
uTorrent is bad, bad juju, banned in all the good places these days

Try qBittorrent

Will next time I use it cheers :)

It's become a bit of an obsession to have everything as WAV uncompressed so I really don't download music often. FLAC is fine, but hardly any one is uploading and streaming these days because of the cyber bullying from the music industry.

I am quite happy to buy CDs, so long as they don't cost this much.

Or worse, £400 for the Adam And The Ants box set.

AlienALX you might want to look at googles music app: Play Music or pandora or something similar (I prefer play music over pandora/spotify due to I spend $15 a month and my brother/his gf/my two friends/my sister all get to use the music app for free AND get youtube red for free as well...which is way better than the other two apps :P

As for the search of Adam & The Ants....there is a lot on google music as I just searched for it :) just thought I'd share.

music streaming is such a horrible loss in quality, it defeats the purpose of forking out vast sums of money on audio.

I can say with 100% certainty, my Shure 846 listening to the same song via Spotify, and then .wav is like night and day in quality. Example I refer to is Pantera Cemetary gates.

Yup. The way I have built the system itself there is no room for any flaw at all tbh. You can immediately hear it. That's pretty much why I buy CDs and rip them to wav, and have been on a mission for about a year to replace my entire music collection with wavs.

FLAC are OK but if I can get the CD I will always do that instead. It's also why I have not subbed to any music service (including Amazon) nor buy CDs as rips from them (that you can download) because they only offer MP3.

On some of my headphones I don't notice the difference but as soon as I put on the Grado I can hear it immediately.

I still use my Beats Detox (the big alu ones) for listening to bass tracks and competition bass CDs (because it's so much fun) but yeah, any sort of serious listening and it has to be wav or flac.
