These studios should just reopen under a new name. No doubt that the success of HiFi Rush will get them investment. The issue with Tango was that they never started a new project as you mentioned.

However, perhaps the shutdown was already known to them long ago and the catalyst for the lack of initiative to start a new IP. Whatever they started, would be instantly owned by MS.
