The launch in the 3 areas is kinda understandable. They probably want to get the thing up`n`running and iron out some stuff.
Be interesting when/if it hits South Carolina, Rhode Island & Michigan.
(those areas with the highest unemployment rate)
Microsoft have recently contact 1500/5000 ex-employees for a return on the cash payment they gave them when they sacked them. Apparently they messed up the amounts and gave too much to the wrong people.
