Microlab Solo 7c's being naughty

I've been using my Solo 7c's for a while now, and up until a few days ago they were great, but all of a sudden, every time I use the remote, to adjust the volume, bass, or treble they cut of, to a really low volume, with no depth of sound what so ever. I then have to turn them off then on again, and they are fine. This happens, if they are connected to my Pc, phone, TV, anything, it ids rather odd.

It happened from one day being fine, to switching them on the next, to find this problem. I don't use them at an overly high volume, for that to have caused an issue, and I've opened them up to check if anything looks out of place, admitidly, I wouldn't no where to begin, so all I can do is check for anything that doen't look right, or smell right, and all seems OK. Any idea guys ?

I'm using them via the on board sound card on my MSI Gaming 5.

Is it the remote - I know mine went wibble after a few months - thats why they added all the manual dials on the 9's

It could well be mate, if they added the the Knobs, on the 9's, they no of an issue. It's a shame, really as other than that they're a great speaker. I'm sure I read somewhere that they will replace the remote if needed. I'll look into it.
