So i got a friend, and he refuses to let go of this 15 year old program

The problem is it won't install on a 64-bit version on windows, he got it running on his old 32-bit w7, but when he clicks install it just does nothing, is there any way to fix this?

Did he try running the installer in compatibility mode for an older version of Windows?
