Micro ATX X99 build HELP rendering 3d machine setup

So I wanted to make a nice small pc form factor with X99 platform. Here are the parts I have picked so far

Phenom MATX Cube Case - Nvidia Edition - White

Motherboard

EVGA X99 Micro2 Haswell Extreme Micro ATX Motherboard

Mamery

Vengeance LED 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C16 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit - Red LED

M.2 ssd

Samsung 950 Pro 256GB M.2 PCI-e 3.0 x 4 NVMe Solid State Drive

And 6tb green drive

As this my first build I need some help in regards to the Phenom MATX Cube Case - Nvidia Edition – White case I want to know if my gpu will fit and the motherboard m.2 also will it work?

Feel free to swap and change my parts if you feel their better solution as I am still learning here.

That case is VERY tight for space on GPU's so youll have to chose a new case or get a smaller GPU

Cases are very personal things so its best to get one youre happy with.

I like the look minim look but as long as I can get big gpu in their I am happy but I do have to be car full as I want to build small case.

Most cases will have the GPU Length listed on the website......
