I haven't really pinpointed whats best for mine yet... It seems to run great in both scenarios, yet I have noticed that it tends to be a bit more snappy with tighter timings...

How do you rate 2.5-4-3-6-1T @ 300mhz? Too loose?

No, thats nice. Can u get it to 2.5-3-3-6 with extra voltage?

I'll hafta try it out and give it a shot when my mobo gets to me... I may be able to get it there with 3.1 vdimm.
