Hi,

I had 2 MCP655-B with Koolance RP-452x2 Bay Reservoir in my loop. Recently I added a Koolance CTR-SPD24x2 24V Dual Pump Controller to regulate the Voltage.

However, no matter how I turn the dial of the Pump Controller, the pump still react as if it was feeding with 12V. I try the Pump Controller with a Koolance PMP-450 and it works fine to regulate the output voltage.

I read from the specification of the MCP655-B and stated that Operating Voltage - 8 to 24 V DC before I bought the MCP-665-B. What might happen to the pumps or am I missing something on the setup?

Your kind insight is highly appreciated

I have never owed one but advise to stay with in the spec they suggest. Koolance have excellent RMA service so going out of spec is not a good idea else you could lose the warranty.

There is nothing to do with the DTR-SPD24x2, because I try to gauge the pump controller with a voltage meter and when I turn up the dial, the output voltage increase. It is my believe the problem were from the swiftech MPC655-B but I have no idea what might went wrong because I've been using the pumps for almost 6 months without any issue
