MB/Ram upgrade

Hi, im looking to upgrade my mb/ram sometime this year and wondered if anyone could throw some ideas as to which look a nice upgrade, budget is £250 ive listed my current spec for anyone who would be so kind to look and point me to the right direction, Btw pc will be mainly used for gaming 5+hours day by a few people. The mb and ram are the only things left of my original x58 system.

PSU: High Power Plus 750W Modular

CPU: i7 920 stock speeds

RAM: 6GB Samsung DDR3 (3x2gb) << these look like bog standard cards so I figure the pc maker got a deal on them

MB: Acer FX58M < twas a mb from a prebuilt system,

Gfx: AMD HD5770

SSD: Patriot Inferno 60GB

CPU Cooler: Corsair H50

Case: Custom Painted NZXT Lexa.

HDD: 2TB (2x1TB) WD Drives

Take a look at Sabertooth, it's kind of... Budget

Mushkin RAM, as they all say here.

Corsairs will do perfect aswell ^^
