Max Voltage

in practice, as high as you can take it without it melting
 Sound advice lol

The Pentium D 930 is rated to handle volts between 1.25 - 1.4 Volts. I have read of these procs doing up to 1.45 V, and wanting to do more (this is where you run the gauntlet). The Presler 930 is a 65Nm core, so the voltages required to push it are considerably less than its older siblings

use least amount of voltage you need when first breaking in a chip it might need more voltage to become stable but after few months you play with it again it might use less for same speeds.
