MATX case

looking to go MATX for space saving reasons. While I have been looking I thought maybe you lot could help me with your experiences. And yes it has to be MAXT not ITX as I still want to sli some Strix 980's under water of course.

What I'm looking for is no wider than 12 inches or 305mm. Would dearly love it to support dual 45mm or 60mm thick 120mm or 140mm rads (240mm 280mm) a 360mm would be a huge plus for one of those two rads. Can be push, pull or push/pull. Length and height not 100% a concern as I can make the room on the shelf it needs to sit on just cant make it any wider lol. Not overly concerned about optical support as I have an external drive for those rare occasion I use one.

parts to be cooled will be the sli's Strix 980's and a 4790K so I'm pretty sure I can get those comfortable with dual 120's/140's

Thanks for the help

oh and almost as important as the width it needs to be light weight

I'd look at the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv, Phanteks Enthoo Mini XL or Fractal's Arc Mini R2. I'm guessing Fractal will release a Define mini r5 and a Arc mini R3 soon.

Look at that rad space on the Arc mini R2:

Umm, as far as I know the Corsair Obisidan 350D or the one I personally have, Fractal Design Arc Mini R2.

They have anything if you ask politely ^_^ it's not something that's been listed anywhere until recently but there have been a few build logs. It adds a little extra length so you can fit a 360 and it adds a bit more PSU/Res room, excellent if your water cooling a couple of cards. They have enough clearance for you standard watercooling thickness radiator ~40mm like the XSPC AX's and EK PE's etc they look stunning with the AX rad's though. If your lazy with cleaning though I wouldn't particularly recommend a Parvum, it's a long term relationship they need a lot of love but it feels great to give it to them  especially with extra length.

ok issue with the arc midi 2 is its only 6 lbs lighter than my 780T. So it'll be a tad on the heavy side for the shelf. Looking harder at the 350D atm whish is 12lbs lighter. Would love the extended parvum but shipping is gonna kill it for me since no US resellers have them or the panels for them. Also have not been able to locate the weight of the normal S2.0 but I'm sure since its acrylic its even lighter. As far as cleaning goes I have an air compressor so blowing it out wont be an issue but one thing I dont like is no filters over the intakes :( but I think that can be easily fixed.
