A powerful gpu is now too big to be plugged into the motherboard safely, someone should supply one on a pcie ribbon thats basically a self contained cooler box and stands on the bottom of the case.

Considering it has "4090" engraved into the metal rim it is likely an unused 4090 Founders Edition design... although a 4090Ti is inevitable and will likely launch Q1-2 next year.

Give it time and Motherboards will be plugged into a GPU.

We see GPUs getting bigger and bigger, and CPU/motherboards getting smaller.
