Finished it last night and left me like "Okay...". It never really got there, where it could have been. It didn't have the same effect on me as 1-3 did.

I think a big part of this wasn't just the dev mess ups but the fact that they did hire a lot of people who are ultra super SJW's who generally weren't M.E fans, For example, One of the main devs who frequented Twitter was a mega SJW and extremely outspoken against white people, Literally every tweet was "lol white people tears make me happy" and it wasn't in a jokey "haha" type way, The guy was serious.
The fact that Bioware let one of their main devs behave this way says a lot about how this company has sunk.
